Information Removal & Data Deletion

You may ask Trusted Movers Now to delete personal information connected to a moving request, website submission, Facebook interaction or other communication with our service.

How to request deletion

Email leads@trustedmoversnow.com with the subject line Information Removal Request. Include the name, email address and phone number used with the service so we can locate the correct record. If you have a Trusted Movers Now request ID, include that as well.

Facebook data-deletion requests

If your request relates to Facebook, state that clearly in the email and include the name and email address associated with the interaction. Do not send your Facebook password. We may ask for limited additional information when reasonably necessary to verify that the request concerns your data.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and review the information associated with the identifiers you provide. After reasonable identity verification, we will delete or de-identify information that is not required for an active service request, security, fraud prevention, consent documentation, dispute resolution or another legal obligation.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is reasonably required, we will provide an update using the email address supplied with the request.
