Terms of Service

Trusted Movers Now is an independent moving-company matching service. It is not the moving carrier and does not perform, price or guarantee a move.

Matching service

A submitted request may be checked for eligibility and authenticity. If qualified and verified, it may be sent to one matched moving company. Submission does not guarantee that a company will accept the move, provide a quote or contact you within a particular time.

The mover’s responsibility

The matched moving company is solely responsible for its estimates, licensing, insurance, contracts, scheduling, payments and moving services. Customers should review the mover’s written estimate, credentials and agreement before hiring it.

Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate contact and move information and not to submit requests for another person without authorization.

Communications consent

When you check the communications-consent box, you expressly agree that one matched moving company may call or text the number provided about your move, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

No guarantee

The service is provided as available. Trusted Movers Now does not guarantee pricing, availability, performance, delivery dates or the outcome of any transaction with a mover.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service, coverage area and verification process change. The date above identifies the current version.
