Trusted Movers Now collects the information you enter into the moving request form, including your name, contact information, route, move date and move details.

How information is used

We use this information to check service eligibility, verify that the request is genuine, match the request with one moving company and maintain operational and consent records.

How information is shared

A qualified, verified request may be shared with one matched moving company. We do not auction a request to a list of moving companies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security of the service.

Phone and email verification

Contact information may be used to send verification and request-status messages. A request is not released to a moving company until the required verification steps are completed.

Facebook and other connected services

If you choose to interact with Trusted Movers Now through Facebook or another connected service, we may receive the account identifiers, contact details or lead information that you authorize that service to provide. We use that information only to respond to your request, provide the requested matching service, maintain consent records and protect the service from misuse.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for matching, consent documentation, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may decline to submit the form. You may also request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
